Olivia Newton-John

Olivia Newton-John is one of the many Hollywood personalities who pursued both a recording career and a film career. Born on September 26, 1948, in Cambridge, UK, she made her way successfully in Hollywood. Her work further progressed after portraying Sandy in the musical film Grease, alongside John Travolta. The film’s soundtrack You’re the One That I Want, which she and Travolta performed, remains one of the best-selling singles in the U.S. Olivia has many solo recordings to her credit, and the song I Honestly Love You won Grammy’s Record of the Year.
