Matthew Broderick might be better known today as a husband and father, but prior to settling down, he was one of the most successful actors in the industry. The degree of dedication and hard work he puts into his craft is impressive. Broderick is widely praised for his leading role in Ferris Bueller’s Day Off and for his continued Broadway work. He has even bagged two Tony Awards, one for Best Actor in a Musical, and one for Best Featured Actor in a Play. The veteran 58-year-old actor is still very active in the entertainment industry, despite that he seems to be taking on much smaller roles than before. Broderick was inducted into the American Theater Hall of Fame in 2017. His most recent work is in the 2020 comedy play, Plaza Suite, where he portrayed Roy Hubley.
