Denzel Washington is undoubtedly one of the best actors of his generation. His list of films mostly tackles serious topics much like his films Glory and Malcolm X. Washington’s last hit film was The Equalizer 2, with other projects still on the way. Washington has several real estate investments all over the world, spread out wisely. However, it’s his mansion in Beverly Hills that has gotten the most amount of attention.

Perhaps because it sits on a large piece of land – 28,887 square feet of it to be exact. He bought the property back in 1992 for only $2.67 million. It boasts 1.5 acres of land that comes with a swimming pool and a tennis court of its own. Washington can also assure of his and his family’s security here, given that it is located in a gated community inside Beverly Park.
