Some properties, despite being previously owned by celebrities, don’t fetch the price they were initially listed for. However, it’s often not a complete loss. Case in point: Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban’s Tennessee property. They initially put their property up for sale for a price tag of $3.45 million back in 2017. However, after a few months of getting no offers, they reduced it by almost a million and listed it at $2.75 million.

It was finally sold for $2.7 million in 2018. To some degree, it wasn’t that bad considering they purchased it for $2.45 million back in 2007. The new owner would surely love this place. It is not only located in a secluded area but also boasts 35 acres of land with 5,086 square feet of living space. The house features four bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, a guest cottage, barn, garden, and trails.
