Brad Pitt | $1.7 Million, Los Feliz

Brad Pitt, the star of films such as Troy and Fight Club, assumed ownership of the Los Feliz property after his divorce with long-time partner, Angelina Jolie. The two starred together in Mr. and Mrs. Smith, wherein their love blossomed, giving birth to Brangelina ship. Reportedly, Brad purchased the sprawling Los Feliz mansion for $1.7 million back in 1994. Since then, he’s put investments in its renovations and even purchased the adjacent lot to extend the home.

It seems to be one of Brad’s favorite properties as it has stayed with him after he’s bought and sold other properties. Why wouldn’t he? The property came with four conjoined lands that had its massive pool, private tennis court, and four remodeled buildings of its own. It is surely hard to find a property of this kind nowadays and would probably come with a much higher price tag.
