Cher | $45 Million, Malibu

American singer and music icon, Cher, reportedly put her Malibu mansion up for sale in 2008 but ended up keeping it, saying that she couldn’t part with the property. However, the mansion found its way to Beyonce sometime in 2012, who purchased it for $45 million. The 1.7-acre mansion changed hands from one icon to another. The reason behind Cher’s change of heart is unknown.

She had the property since 1992 as part of her investment portfolio. Whatever the reason is, she’s had a great many years with the property and it is now in the good hands of a fellow artist. Cher has more investments in other places. Beyonce is now probably enjoying the three-story house as its six bedrooms are perfect for her family. It also comes with seven bathrooms, so they don’t have to wait for others to finish before they can use it.
