Chrissy Teigen is a model and media host from the United States. In 2010, she made her professional modeling debut in Sports Illustrated’s Swimsuit Issue, and in 2014, she was featured on the 50th anniversary cover alongside Nina Agdal and Lily Aldridge. The actress is famously married to singer-songwriter John Legend since 2013, who is credited for writing and singing the 2013 hit song All of Me.

The actress used to advocate for low-carb dieting and was obsessed with keeping a “model weight,” but that has changed in recent years. Teigen has prioritized her love for cooking, especially cooking for her family— somewhat disregarding her past as a model who prioritized strict dieting and achieving a certain weight. She told People magazine that it’s more important for her to put mind and spirit over body and “to enjoy things as they come.”
