Famous Hollywood Stars Who Are Fans of K-Pop

With South Korean boy group BTS taking over charts and airwaves, there’s no more denying the popularity and impact of K-pop. After all, the songs are catchy and the music videos are addictive. It’s no surprise that it has only become even more popular years on. Even some of Hollywood’s biggest celebrities are self-confessed K-pop fans! We’re not talking about a fleeting interest in it either. There are those who have made investments toward purchasing albums, merchandise, and even go to live performances just to see their favorites. It might surprise you to learn which celebrities are the biggest fans of K-pop’s most popular acts.
Just take Ryan Reynolds, for example. After catching a Deadpool-inspired performance by the group Stray Kids, he immediately took to social media to express how impressed he was by it! There are many such instances among celebrities that even the most dedicated K-pop fan isn’t aware of. Are you curious? Read on to find out who among Hollywood’s biggest names have a soft spot for K-pop.

Nina Dobrev

It’s no secret that actress Nina Dobrev has been a fan of K-pop since 2011, starting with the group 2NE1. What’s surprising is how she has continued to follow even the new artists that came after her original favorites! These days, it seems Dobrev is very much into BlackPink’s music. Did you know that she even went to watch their live performance during Coachella? We call that one very dedicated fan. Unlike us, however, The Vampire Diaries star got to hang out with the group after!
BlackPink fans, also known as Blinks, were more than delighted to see their interactions. With the current success the group is experiencing in the United States, it wouldn’t be too farfetched to think that these girls will get to hang out again soon! After all, it is only wise investment planning to keep expanding their global reach.

Lady Gaga

Lady Gaga is currently one of the most influential artists in music as whole. Her artistry is undeniable and just about any musician would be lucky to collaborate with her. In 2020, she released her album Chromatica, and while many were delighted by the people she chose to work with on some of the tracks, there was one group that stood out from the rest. The song Sour Candy features one of K-pop’s biggest girl groups, BlackPink. Turns out, this is no mere marketing strategy.
The singer confessed that even before working with the group, she had already been a fan of their music. As some of you might know, BlackPink, which is comprised of Lisa, Jisoo, Rosé, and Jennie, have been releasing multiple chart-toppers since their debut. Sour Candy ended up becoming a hit, with full credit to the women behind it.

Kat Graham

It isn’t just fellow music artists who tend to become fans of K-pop groups. Just take actress Kat Graham for example. The Vampire Diaries star couldn’t help but fangirl during an interview with STARS, a popular Dutch magazine. Graham was asked about the songs she liked listening to whenever she was preparing for a night out and she revealed that it was 2NE1’s music that helps set the mood right. Considering how empowering and catchy the group’s songs are, we aren’t too surprised!
This wouldn’t be the first time she has mentioned the group either. Together with Nina Dobrev, her TVD co-star, they both showed 2NE1 some love on Twitter as well. With the degree of fondness she seems to have for the group, we’re sure Graham was among the many fans who were heartbroken following 2NE1’s disbandment back in 2016.

Will Smith

K-pop power group BlackPink have collaborated with the likes of Lady Gaga, Selena Gomez, and even Cardi B. They have even performed in Coachella, one of the biggest music festivals in the world. Before all of the fame, however, these girls first started out as trainees. It was during this period that they met Will Smith, who would later become one of the biggest celebrity Blinks. The actor visited YG Entertainment in Seoul, South Korea back in 2013. Along with his son Jaden Smith, they got to meet BlackPink before they even debuted.
He might not have been a fan yet, but after seeing the girls take on the world stage and wow audiences during Coachella, Smith was definitely on-board. Who wouldn’t be after seeing the electricity with which they perform? Smith even took to Twitter just to make sure everyone knows who he’s rooting for!

Will.I.Am

Long before the likes of BTS, BlackPink, Twice, and other K-pop groups found their way into the mainstream there was 2NE1. They were one of the first South Korean groups to make investments in the Western market, receiving plenty of success along the way. In fact, Black Eyed Peas member and renowned producer will.i.am once described the group as pioneers when it came to the international K-pop movement. He certainly wasn’t wrong when he made that bold claim. Not only did 2NE1 manage to put the spotlight on their own brand of music, but it also helped paved the way for other artists to follow suit.
Will.I.Am’s fanboy moment did not end there, however. He later got to work on a song with the group, titled Take The World On, which was released back in 2013. He also got 2NE1’s leader, CL, to feature on the Black Eyed Peas track Dopeness.

The Wanted

The Wanted is a British-Irish boy group formed in 2009. They are managed by the same people who helped propel Justin Bieber’s career to great heights, such as Scooter Braun. Aside from being known for their musicality and chart-topping singles, the boys have also earned their K-pop credit by expressing their love for groups in the genre.
In one interview, member Jay McGuiness was asked about who he would like to collaborate with in the future. He quickly responded with the name of a K-pop girl group, which surprised many. Siva Kameswara followed this up with his own wish of working Super Junior in the future. It should be noted that McGuiness is the same member who was featured on a Billboard video singing along to 2NE1’s I Am The Best. Someone give him a fanboy badge because he certainly deserves it!

Ed Sheeran

Ed Sheeran made a name for himself through his beautifully written songs that has managed to capture the hearts of many worldwide. Perhaps this is also why he didn’t hesitate to show appreciation toward another group of singer-songwriters, the K-pop group BTS. In fact, prior to them collaborating on a song together, the artists have interacted quite a lot on social media.
He even congratulated them during the successful released of BTS’ album, Love Yourself: Answer. These small exchanges delighted Army, the collective name BTS fans are called, and had them wishing that the two artists would find a way to work together. To their credit, Sheeran and BTS did not disappoint fans. In 2019, they dropped Map of the Soul: Persona, which features their long-awaited collaboration. The song called Make It Right became an instant hit, prompting fans to continue requesting for more!

Lorde

Lorde is one of this generation’s biggest artists, but even the singer isn’t immune to the allure of K-pop. In 2017, the artist flew to South Korea to perform at the Jisan Valley Rock Music & Arts Festival. Her unique sound, often described as mix of pop, electronic, and indie music, was a hit with the local crowd. However, she also surprised many when she revealed her fondness for South Korean artist CL, who is also a former member of the girl group 2NE1.
Lorde revealed in an interview that she found many interesting and amazing artists in South Korea. She confessed that she had quite an interest in K-pop and would love to collaborate with 2NE1’s former leader. This wouldn’t be the first time she gave CL a degree of praise as well. In 2015, the pair exchanged tweets so a collaboration between the two isn’t too farfetched!

Jonas Brothers

The Jonas Brothers are one of the biggest boy bands in the world and they are also self-confessed fans of K-pop. In particular, Kevin Jonas, who is the eldest in the group, has said that he can watch 24 hours straight of K-pop videos! Sounds like he’s one hardcore fan of the genre. So, who are his favorite groups? BTS and BlackPink. These guys are such fans that they even took inspiration from these groups when it came to creating the concept for the video for their single Sucker.
For the video, they placed emphasis on visuals instead of the narrative. According to the group, they were “looking for what’s working right now” and they certainly made the right choice since K-pop is one of the biggest trends at the moment. We can see why they chose to make this investment and made it work for their benefit!

Charlie Puth

So far, we’ve seen Western artists who ended up becoming fans of Kpop. In Charlie Puth’s case, however, the feelings were confirmed to be mutual! It all began when a member of BTS, Jeon Jungkook, posted his cover of Puth’s song We Don’t Talk Anymore. Upon finding out about it, Puth showed his appreciation by following BTS’ official Twitter account. This simple gesture was enough to make fans of both artists happy and hoping for a possible collaboration.
Following this, Puth also expressed how much he enjoys the group’s music by tweeting about it. One might assume that this would be the end of their exchanges, but BTS later posted a similar tweet—saying how much they like Puth’s music as well. The best bit? Puth and BTS’ Jungkook did eventually get to perform together on stage. We can only imagine the electricity their fans felt upon seeing it!

Jeremy Scott

It’s one thing to be a fan and a whole other to make the person you admire your muse. For fashion designer Jeremy Scott, however, it came naturally. After all, his muse is CL, 2NE1’s former leader and one of the fiercest artists in K-pop even at present. Scott and the group also have quite a history together. Aside from the fact that he has dedicated an entire shoe style to the since-disbanded group, he was also there for their first worldwide tour! He provided the girls with just the right ensembles for their performances, which he also introduced into his Fall 2013 collection.
Scott and CL went from being fans of each to actual best friends during this period. More than just a matter of money management and business, it’s heartwarming to see that friendships can be built this way too.

John Cena

Perhaps one of the more unlikely celebrities on our list, WWE wrestler-turned-actor John Cena is also a self-confessed fan of the group BTS. It began in 2018, when Cena first shared a photo of BTS member J-Hope on his Instagram—without much explanation. However, months later, it was revealed that he had become a fan of the group. Going as far as jesting that he would like to be their bodyguard during tours! Well, he is certainly qualified for the job, though we hope he has ample insurance because BTS fans can be very aggressive, to say the least.
It’s clear that he keeps up with the group, considering he is well aware of their newest releases. Cena doesn’t shy away from revealing his favorite songs and that he loves what BTS’ music stood for. Now, that’s a true Army if you ask us!

Jimmy Fallon

There’s no arguing with the fact that BTS has millions of fans globally, but one among them wants to be known as the biggest. Who is it, you may wonder? Well, none other than Late Night host Jimmy Fallon. If you’re wondering if he really follows the group, then just check out that one video of him where he managed to guess the BTS song just by listening to a snippet of its lyrics!
It seems the group loves Fallon just as much as he does them. One tell-tale indication is how comfortable they are whenever they appear on the show. It’s easy to see just how much fun they have, which Army also appreciates. Fallon also isn’t above adding gas to the group’s already fiery popularity online by posting about BTS’ achievements on his social media as well! He’s just as dedicated a fan as any, that’s for sure.

Joe Jonas

Two boybands are preferable to one! Joe Jonas and BTS enjoyed a moment during the Jonas Brothers’ performance at the Billboard Music Awards, and we can’t get enough of it. The trio performed some of their solo songs before singing their current hit. Joe performed DNCE’s Cake By the Ocean, and while off stage mingling with the audience, he approached BTS briefly, and the two jammed out together.
While it may be some time until the two groups make investments in a song collaboration, they both delivered memorable performances at the BBMAs. The live television premiere of BTS’s Boy With Luv with Halsey was nothing short of spectacular. What about the JoBros? The lads performed Sucker after Nick Jonas got things off with Chains and Joe’s DNCE bop. This incredible medley demonstrated why we adore them both. DNCE members also love BTS and would gladly collaborate with them if given the opportunity. They even stated this on Twitter in 2017.

Camila Cabello

While BTS has been the dominant favorite, singer Camila Cabello has big love for Kpop’s girl groups. One, in particular, has captured the fans since it isn’t the first time Cabello has professed her love for the group, Twice! During a press tour in Japan, the singer confessed the degree of love she has for the group’s song Candy Pop. While some might have assumed this was just a fleeting interest for the singer, it seems she became even more of a fan after listening to the song.

If you want proof, you’ll find it in her public Spotify account, where the singer shares the songs she’s currently listening to. Eagle-eyed Onces, the name given to fans of Twice, spotted the song Yes or Yes on Cabello’s live playlist! Needless to say, Camilizers and Onces went wild, with many hoping it’s a sign for future collaboration!

Matthew McConaughey

In an interview with Ellen DeGeneres, Matthew McConaughey admitted that he loves BTS as much as anyone else. The Oscar winner stated he and his family had a great time at the superstar K-pop group’s concert in Dallas during an appearance on The Ellen Degeneres Show. To commemorate their oldest son Levi’s tenth birthday, McConaughey and his wife, Camila Alves, took him to see the South Korean boy band. Fans noticed him wearing a T-shirt with the wording “Ok, alright, alright” on it.

The actor was also seen taking a video closeup of the band and leaving the show with BTS merchandise in his bags. When BTS appeared on Ellen, the talk show host credited how loud the band’s fans are, and McConaughey agreed, calling the concert’s noise levels “crazy.” The Hollywood celebrity attended the performance with his wife, his ARMY son, and a few of Levi’s buddies. They “all had a great time.”

Harry Styles

Blackpink’s In Your Area tour kicked off in Los Angeles, and the Sign of the Times star was in attendance. Harry Styles was photographed in the VIP section of the concert, wearing a gray beanie and contemplatively watching Jennie, Jisoo, Rosé, and Lisa play. Though Styles has been quiet on social media about his attendance, he does follow Jennie’s Instagram account.

Styles also liked an Instagram photo showing Jennie’s recent Vogue shoot supporting the luxury brand Chanel. She is one of the well-liked fashion stars in the K-Pop business and has been credited with the title “human Chanel” for embodying the ideal of the “it girl” look. She appears to be royalty as if she was born to wear Chanel solely from head to toe. On top of that, the former One Direction member isn’t very active on social media, so his act of liking Jennie’s photo is rather shocking.

Ansel Elgort

Ansel Elgort, an American actor, demonstrated his deep affinity with BTS’s V by becoming the ultimate fanboy on Twitter. Elgort may be known for his acting credit as Caleb Prior in the Divergent series, but he is also renowned for being a famous ARMY!

Elgort’s Twitter profile photo was once a photo of V from BTS. He utilized a shot of V staring into his phone with one of his trademark faces, a snapshot that has become a meme among admirers. It comes as no surprise that Elgort is a member of the celeb-ARMY. Since their encounter at the Billboard Music Awards in 2017, he has remained friends with BTS, frequently portraying the ideal fanboy at their shows. They also get together whenever they can. Elgort, RM, and V also met in Seoul to promote Elgort’s film Baby Driver. Their bond could be one of the most adorable Hollywood-K-Pop friendships ever!

Dua Lipa

The New Rules diva met up with some of the Blackpink members while on vacation to South Korea. She reached out to them to collaborate, making her one of the K-pop stars’ first outside supporters. Kiss and Make Up is a bonus track on the singer’s self-titled debut album’s deluxe edition. With over 200 million Spotify replays, we’d say this is a friendship that’s so powerful to a huge degree.
Dua Lipa recently recounted how she met Blackpink for the first time. The pop singer remarked in an interview with The Straits Times, “When I was last in Singapore, I also went to Seoul, where I met Jennie and Lisa from Blackpink, and we hung out and got along extremely well. So I decided to send the song to Blackpink to see if they’d be interested in joining… they translated portions of the song into Korean, and that was the end of it.”

Halsey

Fans adore BTS and Halsey’s beautiful connection. Earlier this year, the singers collaborated on the song Boy With Luv on BTS’s EP Map of the Soul: Persona. The song was a smash hit, and the singers performed the duet at the Billboard Music Awards in 2019. The members of BTS and Halsey are sure that they are actual friends rather than co-workers.
When Halsey published the trailer for Persona on Twitter in 2019, she hinted towards the debut of BTS’ album. She simply put “joon. king” in her caption. The music video for Boy With Luv was released on April 12, 2019. The video set several milestones, including the most-watched 24-hour debut on YouTube with 74.6 million views. She also shared a Triller video of the trio backstage before their Wembley Stadium show. Over a degree of 6 million people watched the video on Instagram.

James Corden

James Corden, a well-known British TV host, is famous in K-Pop circles for his strong friendship with BTS. The K-pop band and the talk show host developed a genuine connection through videos like Carpool Karaoke and Flinch with BTS, and Corden even considers Jimin as a son! He mentioned on Carpool Karaoke that Jimin was dubbed “mochi” by fans because of his charming look. Jimin calls Corden his “Papa Mochi,” and on the other hand, Corden calls Jimin his “Baby Mochi.”
In an interview with Vogue UK for a feature on the band, Corden expressed his admiration for BTS’s hard ethic. He also credits BTS’ ARMY or adoring fanbase. After the band donated a million dollars to the Black Lives Matter movement, the fandom started the “Match a Million” effort to donate $1 million to the campaign. It’s no surprise that BTS is bulletproof!

Hailey Bieber

The history-making K-pop group Blackpink could easily be credited as the biggest act at Coachella in 2019, despite the fact that they aren’t headliners. They made history as the first all-girl K-pop group to perform at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival when they performed in the Sahara Tent. Indeed, they didn’t let us down. The packed crowd and other performers were ecstatic as the dynamic band mowed through their well-choreographed set.
Kendall Jenner, model Hailey Bieber, and musician Justin Bieber were among the celebrities seen enjoying the festivities at Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival Week 2 in Indio, California. Some of the biggest names in music, including Ariana Grande and J. Balvin, performed during the festival. Jenner was spotted in the audience at a Coachella performance with Hailey Bieber, Justin Bieber’s model wife. The models made sure to see Blackpink perform live.

Todrick Hall

Todrick Carlyle Hall is a singer-songwriter, actor, director, choreographer, and YouTuber. After reaching the semi-finals of the ninth season of the televised singing competition American Idol, he rose to national prominence. He built a YouTube following through viral videos that credit original songs, parodies, and skits. He aspires to become a role model, and his art incorporates his experiences. In 2015, MTV aired Todrick, a documentary series about his video-making process.
Hall also joined RuPaul’s Drag Race as a resident choreographer and occasional judge in season eight. He played Lola in Kinky Boots on Broadway from 2016 to 2017. Later that year, he began appearing consistently on Broadway and in the West End as Billy Flynn in Chicago. He’s also a fan of Blackpink! The always-viral performer showed his support for the group’s Hot 100 hit Kill This Love by collaborating with Chester Lockhart on choreography.

Kendall Jenner

Blackpink member Jennie was spotted in the United States for Halloween last year, attending both Kendall Jenner’s and Ariana Grande’s Halloween parties. Because a lot of K-pop singers are garnering a high credit score in Hollywood right now, it’s no surprise that Jennie from Blackpink was invited to many parties by Hollywood A-listers.
She was also seen at Willow Smith’s birthday party while on vacation. Fans quickly noticed different celebrity videos from Instagram where Jennie was spotted celebrating Halloween. Jennie was seen enjoying the model’s party in one of the videos where Jaden Smith can also be seen dancing. After a while, Jennie wore a costume as Alice in Wonderland in another video from Alexa Luria’s Instagram, attending Grande’s party this time. It seems like Jennie is slowly becoming a Halloween fanatic! Meanwhile, we’re curious which party she’ll attend this year and what costume she’ll be wearing.

Diplo

Jennie, Lisa, Rosé, and Jisoo had the honor of being the first K-pop quartet to perform at Coachella. They won the hearts of both festival attendees and fellow performers like Diplo, which makes us think, is there a chance that Diplo and Blackpink will collaborate on a music investment? Well, anything is possible. Backstage at Coachella, where both acts performed at the festival’s Sahara Tent, the DJ/producer and K-pop duo chopped it up and posed for a selfie.
The snapshot was uploaded on Instagram by Diplo, dressed in a pink hoodie and shorts with black drawings. The DJ captioned the photo of himself standing among the four Blackpink females, “I’m literally wearing black and pink.” Later, Diplo jokingly thanked fans for “staying for my set after Blackpink concluded” on Twitter. At 8 p.m., the K-pop group made their U.S. festival debut, followed by Diplo at 9:30 p.m.

Ariana Grande

When two music powerhouses come together, it’s always a surprise. It’s almost as if observers, like ourselves, can’t comprehend all the talent ruminating from a single location. When BTS and Ariana Grande shared a photo on Twitter, fans were ecstatic and had a degree of burning questions.

This moment wasn’t the first time Grande and a member of BTS have slowed down the internet. Grande shared an Instagram photo with Jungkook after he attended her concert in May 2019. She typed “screaming” with a single black heart. A few eagle-eyed fans realized that BTS and Grande are now social media friends with the rehearsal photo. As a result, the majority of people are crossing their fingers for a successful collaboration. Despite this, there has yet to be a partnership between the songstress and BTS. Even if one doesn’t happen anytime soon, the sweet interaction between the two musicians is more than enough for the time being.

Pharrell

Pharrell Lanscilo Williams is an entrepreneur, record producer, and singer-songwriter. In the early 1990s, he made investments in forming the hip hop and R&B production duo The Neptunes with close friend Chad Hugo, with whom he has produced songs for a variety of recording artists. He joined the band N.E.R.D., which he formed with Hugo and drummer Shay Haley as lead vocalist in 1999. He is also an Academy Award nominee for Happy (from Despicable Me 2) in 2014 and Best Picture (as a producer of the movie Hidden Figures) in 2017.
Surprisingly, Williams is also a KPop fan! Blackpink gained another famous producer as a fan when they met up with him for a cute backstage photo. Lisa, a member of Blackpink, also posted more pictures on her Instagram account. Williams and Jennie once performed together at an event for the brand Chanel.

DJ Snake

DJ Snake is a French record producer. In 2013, he released the singles Bird Machine and Turn Down for What, which marked his international debut. Alesia, a fellow French musician, collaborated on Bird Machine, and Diplo’s record label, Mad Decent, picked up the single. DJ Snake announced in 2014 that he was working on a collaboration with Diplo, which was released in 2015 as the single Lean On. He was credited as an “Artist to Watch” by FoxWeekly on April 30, 2014.
The hit-making producer has also posed with Blackpink in front of the camera. At the group’s Los Angeles concert, DJ Snake was also showing his support. He also shared a video of the Blackpink members speaking French on his Instagram video. He is said to have recently collaborated on a new song with Lisa from the K-pop girl group.

LANY

The members of LANY took a degree in music and are multi-instrumentalists. They formed the band in Nashville in 2014 with three pals, Paul Jason Klein from Tulsa, and Leslie Priest and Jake Goss from Nashville. The band’s name (pronounced “Lay-nee”) is a tribute to Los Angeles and New York, indicating their ambition and investments in spreading their music across the country. Their music has an ’80s radio pop vibe, a ’90s R&B soul vibe, and atmospheric synths.

As seen in a photo released on social media, Klein, vocalist of LANY, met the K-pop girl group Blackpink. He sat with the quartet Rosé, Jisoo, Jennie, and Lisa, and wrote the caption, “really the kindest girls I’ve ever met.” Klein also admitted on his Instagram post that he “lowkey has a crush on all 4”. The musicians met in Indio, California, where the girl band performed at the annual Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival.

James Charles

James Charles is a makeup artist and beauty blogger who began a YouTube channel, posting makeup online classes while working as a local makeup artist in Bethlehem, New York. After a tweet featuring his makeup went viral, he became the first male spokesperson for CoverGirl in 2016. He hosted the YouTube Originals reality competition show called Instant Influencer in 2020. He collaborated with Morphe Cosmetics on an eyeshadow palette and a makeup line and has won numerous awards for his social media work, including two People’s Choice Awards, two Streamy Awards, one Shorty Award, and one Teen Choice Award.

Charles is a Blackpink fan as well! According to him, he’s “officially a stan” and “beyond obsessed” with the ladies. In his Snapchat video, he also shared Blackpink’s Coachella performance. It seems like Charles wants to become the fifth member of Blackpink!

Drake

Drake has maintained a solid commercial degree since his debut in 2006, whether through his chart-topping recordings or a long line of guest appearances on songs by Lil Wayne or Rihanna. Due to his contemplative rap style and gold-touch lyricism, each of his albums topped charts worldwide. As his reputation grew, he aided others by launching the OVO Sound label and including up-and-coming artists on his songs. Drake’s persistent chart dominance, Grammy wins and nominations, and meme-worthy cultural presence made him one of the world’s most popular singers by the second decade of his career.

Known for a run of singles, including Hold On We’re Going Home and Hotline Bling, Drake recently began following YG Entertainment K-Pop girl group Blackpink. Blackpink’s fans have reason to be excited to see two music icons collaborate. There is no doubt they’ll bring the best of both worlds on one plate.

Benny Blanco

Benny Blanco has a slew of number one singles under his belt. Since the late 2000s, the Grammy-nominated songwriter has written smash singles for musicians like Ed Sheeran, Britney Spears, Justin Bieber, Rihanna, and more. In addition, over 100 million albums were released, including Katy Perry’s Teenage Dream and Maroon 5’s Moves Like Jagger. With 15 #1 smash single under his name, he has already made a certain degree of impact on the contemporary pop music landscape.

Would Blanco ever want to work with Blackpink, the world’s most prominent female group? He answered with nothing but love for the ladies, confessing that he’s listened to their current album, The Album, several times and that he listens to it whenever he wants to feel good. Blanco also claims that he’s been in contact with the group about a possible collaboration. We are pretty sure that their fans can hardly wait for that mash-up!

IU

Lee Ji-Eun is known for her gentler side of K-pop, focusing on ballads and light pop. Lee launched her career in the entertainment industry at an early age, enrolling in acting courses while still in elementary school. She goes by the stage name IU, taken from the words “I” and “you” to represent unification. Following the success of her 2011 albums Real+ and Last Fantasy, IU consolidated her girl next door image as Korea’s “little sister” and established herself with a degree of prominence on the music charts of her native nation.

Blackpink’s Rose received a love call from IU and agreed to collaborate with her. IU admitted that she adores Blackpink’s Rose and wishes to collaborate with her. Rose delivered IU a video message at the finale, saying, “It is a privilege. I’ll continue to practice and sing well until then. I have a high deal of respect for you.”

Ricky Dillon

Ricky Dillon rocketed to greater heights through a YouTube channel at a young age, thanks to videos co-hosted by his friend Shelby. Dillon had no idea that he would grow into a star in the virtual world by producing entertaining short videos. Fortunately, his channel garnered 100,000 subscribers in the first six months, and within a few years, it had earned a high credit score and had grown to 3 million followers. He began focusing on his lifelong dream of being a successful artist while enjoying his immense notoriety as a YouTube star. He posted various music videos, personal songs, and covers that kept the public engaged for a long time. He even collaborated with Fullscreen, a well-known network of YouTube video makers, to take part in an in-tour festival.

Of course, even a famous YouTuber has someone he idolizes. After watching Blackpink’s Coachella Performance, he tweeted, “Blackpink changed my life.” Another certified BLINK was spotted.

Irene Kim

Irene Kim is one of Korea’s most well-known models and media personalities. She is named as the “it girl” of the K-fashion business at present. Born in the United States, Kim returned to Seoul after earning a Textile Design degree in New York. She became a mainstay on the catwalk at Seoul Fashion Week, and her distinct style has made her front-row seats at Chanel and Stella McCartney shows during Paris Fashion Week. Her rainbow-hued hair set her unique from the crowds of want-to-be street stylers, but she remained enigmatic.

Kim was named a Global Contributor for Estee Lauder and a Chanel brand representative. She is also a co-host for the popular English-language show K-Style and a social media celebrity with over 700,000 Instagram followers. According to the Korean supermodel, Blackpink is one of her “muses” and has caught up with the girls at various fashion shows and events.

Charli XCX

So far in her career, Charli XCX has released two studio albums, two mixtapes, and two extended plays. She began her career investments at age sixteen, influenced by David Bowie, Donna Summer, Marilyn Manson, and Rihanna. She contributed to some of the biggest pop tracks of the decade as a songwriter and collaborator, including Icona Pop’s 2012 breakthrough I Love It and Iggy Azalea’s 2014 chart-topping hit Fancy.

Her career as a solo artist ranged from the edgy tones of her debut album True Romance in 2013 to her follow-up Sucker in 2014. It was a tremendous commercial hit, debuting at number 28 on the Billboard 200 and charted in several other countries as well. Her EP Vroom Vroom, which was recently published, also received a lot of attention. When asked whether she has any favorite KPOP groups, Charli says Blackpink!

Niki

Nicole Zefanya, better known as Niki, is an Indonesian pop singer who draws inspiration from the glossy R&B/pop of the late 1990s. Born and raised in Jakarta, Indonesia, Niki first rose to a prominent degree due to her YouTube covers. She launched her first single, the delicate Polaroid Boy, in 2016, and a year later, she joined the 88rising roster. She is now known as “the Internet’s favorite R&B princess.” Niki is defying teen fame stereotypes by creating, recording, and producing her songs from the comfort of her own home.

Blackpink Lisa’s first hangout with Niki is causing a stir among fans! The two expressed their love and support for each other through the internet, but they eventually coincided in person at the Griffith Observatory in the “city of stars.” Niki also posted images on her Instagram account, demonstrating how much fun they had together. BLINKS are overjoyed for Lisa, who has finally met her idol, and Niki, who has become friends with one of the most charming individuals on the planet.

Kard
