JALEEL WHITE

Jaleel White became a household name during the ‘80s after his portrayal of Steve Urkel in Family Matters. The actor, comedian, voice actor, and producer managed to grab the attention of the audience with his performance. In fact, he was only supposed to have a guest role but he was so good that it became a recurring role. What is White currently up to now? He is finding fatherhood to be his best role yet as he shows off his growing daughter on his social media page. As for the actor, he is looking great, too!

Although playing Steve Urkel propelled him to the limelight, White felt that it was only after the show ended that he became a bona fide actor. He was able to snag different roles for film and TV shows such as Dreamgirls, NCIS, CSI, and even voiced Sonic in the animated movie, Sonic the Hedgehog. White admitted that it was difficult to step out of the shadow of Urkel, but he remains thankful that the show has earned him plenty of investment money to take care of his family.
