These Celebrity Couples Choose To Amicably Raise Their Kids Together Married Or Not
There is a negative connotation that comes with the words “Hollywood marriage.” Instead of seeing it as a glamorous event where two famous individuals tie the knot in the most colorful setting, it means the other way around. The term now equates to a short-term romance where Hollywood couples hire their lawyers and opt for legal separation. Some marriages last for years, and sadly, some last for just less than a year.
Anyway, if there are unsuccessful marriages, of course, there are successful ones. The likes of John Legend and Chrissy Teigen, Matthew McConaughey and Camil Alves, and many more have been married for more than a decade. No matter how many rumors plague their romance, their relationship remains strong.
Anyhow, whatever their marital status may be, when these celebrity couples have a child, they make sure they are their top priority. Just look at Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck, among many others.
Take a look at the list of celebrities who choose to raise their kids together—married or not.
Bruce Willis & Demi Moore
Bruce Willis has received more than 70 film credits, and during the premiere of the movie Stakeout, he met actress Demi Moore. The two began dating and then exchanged vows on November 21, 1987. They were blessed with three daughters: Rumer, Scout, and Tallulah. The three girls are also actresses who have appeared in a few films so far.
In 1998, Willis and Moore’s marriage crumbled over time, and they decided to separate. “My professional life was soaring. My personal life was painful,” Moore wrote in her autobiography. She added that Willis was uncomfortable that she’s also working in the limelight. The Moonlighting actor wanted a traditional marriage, where the man was the breadwinner, and the woman took care of the kids. Unfortunately, their disagreement led to their breakup. The former couple maintained a close friendship ever since and continued to co-parent their kids.
