Debra Messing & Daniel Zelman

Debra Messing and Daniel Zelman met when they were both taking their graduate degrees in New York University Tisch School of the Arts. A relationship bloomed from their meeting, and after dating for around seven years, Daniel asked Debra to marry him. They got engaged in 1998 and eventually got married on September 3, 2000. The first child that they shared was Roman Walker, who has born on April 7, 2004.

Though they were parents to Roman, the time when they both no longer came to terms came about. They parted ways in 2012 after almost three decades of being together. Even if they are no longer together, they are still on good terms, according to sources. They decided to remain friends and help each other with co-parenting Roman. It’s a good thing that they agreed to help each other out as their boy is already growing up. He would need both a mom and a dad in his life.
