Kimora Lee Leissner | $25 Million, Beverly Park
Kimora Lee Leissner is a fashion designer and model who was encouraged by her mother to take modeling classes when she was eleven years old to boost her confidence. Later on, she modeled for the likes of Fendi, Valentino, Christian Dior, and Karl Lagerfield, who claimed Kimora to be the “Face of the 21st Century.” She eventually made investments for a clothing brand for women called Baby Phat by Kimora Lee Simmons.
In 2017, Kimora and Tim Leissner, her husband, purchased a property located at Beverly Park for $25 million. The 3.79-acre estate features a 15,450-square-foot main house and other buildings, seven bedrooms, eleven bathrooms, a home theater, a pool, a spa, a tennis court, a landscape with lovely gardens, and a lawn surrounded by trees and foliage. The property was originally listed for $33.5 million, but it dropped to $29.95 million and $27.5 million a little later until Leissner managed to buy it for a much lesser price.
